Cosycards uses both DHL and Australia Post for domestic and international shipping.

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery speed you choose, and where you’re sending from, and where you’re sending to.

Our refund and returns policy last 14 days from the time of your package arriving. If 14 days have passed since the date of your arrived item, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
